Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

All authorized returns must be sent to our designated return center at the following address: 37 RANSOM RD, FRAMINGHAM MA 01702, USA Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return it without contacting us first.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@keroot.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided above. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@keroot.shop with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
